The founder of this orphanage was Smt.H.Parvathamma Hirematt who was taking care of all orphans from 1942 onwards. She expired on 28-Oct-1992, due to her sickness. After the period of Mrs.Parvathamma her enthusiastic young blind daughter Smt.Saraswathi Bhat has taken intiative to take further the service of the ashrama . The orphanage was headed by Smt.Saraswathi Bhat with the help of her children and with the support of her husband succesfully. She succeeded in managing the ashrama from Dawn To Dusk. She dedicated herself to the cause of orphans. She stays in ashrama and looks after the children like a mother and gives children a motherly affection |
| Computer/ Robotics classes - With their normal study, Aashram kids are very much interested in learning Computer and Robotics. Aashram computer lab consist of 10 computers and students from 5th to Degree are learning basics of computer like MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Image editing. Some of the bright students are very much interested in Robotics as well. They competed in the International Robotics competition held in SAP and stood out 4th in Rank. |

| Aashrama is not only taking care of children's education, but also take care of future. Aashrama find itself responsible for doing marriage of Girls who are eligible for marriage. In past, Aashrama has done number of marriages. With a good education, a better life settlement is required. Smt. Bhat understand this and take complete care of it.
