The founder of Anatha Shishu Sevashrama was Smt.H.Parvathamma Hirematt. She took care of the orphans from 1942 till her death from illness on 28-Oct-1992 .Since then, her enthusiastic young blind daughter Smt. Saraswathi Bhat has taken the initiative to take further the services of the ashrama.
The orphanage is successfully headed by Mrs.Saraswathi Bhat along with the help of her husband and sons. From dawn to dusk she takes care of the ashrama. She has dedicated herself for the cause of the orphans.She stays in the Ashrama and looks after the children like an affectionate mother and provides the children the much required motherly love.

Aashram needs a vehicle for multiple purpose.A vehicle is very much required to pick and drop the school going children.Sometimes, it is required when children go for the much required recreational trips and visits. It would be very much useful for collecting ration from the donors to sustain the Aashram. Requesting donors to come forward and donate a vehicle for the aashram.
Building renovation work is in progress. Requesting donors generously to help us in constructing rooms required for dispensary, library, drawing room or dormitory for the children.
